Plain Genoese

Our plain Genoese is our most popular sponge, and it is always made fresh to ensure a soft, moist, light texture. It is filled with a generous layer of butter cream and seedless fruit jam.

Death by chocolate

A soft moist chocolate sponge that is authentic and rich in flavour. It is filled with chocolate fudge butter cream and if desired can be covered with chocolate flavoured rolled icing.

Lemon Delight

A fragrant, light lemon cake made with fresh lemon juice and zest, filled with a generous layer of lemon flavoured butter cream.

Rich Fruit Cake

Our rich fruit cake is made with the finest ingredients and contains no alcohol. All of our fruit cakes are finished with marzipan and rolled with sugar icing.

Cake storage and general information
  • Our iced sponge cakes keep and taste better when stored out of the fridge.
  • Store all cakes in a cool dry place.
  • Sponge cakes will last up until a week after delivery.
  • Our fruit cakes will keep well, (if wrapped properly) for weeks if not months.
  • Our sponge cakes do not contain nuts.
  • Our fruit cake does not contain alcohol.
